Since this in an outdoor wedding venue, what do we do if it rains?

We understand the importance of having a seamless and enjoyable outdoor experience for your special day. As a result, we recommend our guests rent a tent from a reputable local vendor to ensure that their reception is protected from the elements. In the event of inclement weather, our vendors are generally accommodating and will allow you to add sides to your tent at the last minute, if available. This added flexibility provides peace of mind and ensures that your celebration remains memorable, regardless of the weather forecast. Can you accommodate elderly guests or those with mobility impairments who require a wheelchair or other assistance?

To accommodate our guests with mobility impairments, we are proud to offer a variety of accessibility features.

We are pleased to provide a limousine-style golf cart for transportation, which is designed to provide a safe and convenient way for guests to navigate our venue. Additionally, our walkways and bathrooms are fully handicap accessible, ensuring that all guests have equal access to all areas of our property.

Can you create a small, intimate setting at your venue?

We're thrilled to hear that you're interested in creating a romantic and intimate atmosphere for your special day. At our wedding venue, we specialize in crafting cozy and charming settings that make every moment feel truly special. We have several intimate settings scattered throughout the grounds, each offering a unique and tranquil ambiance.  What is the capacity of your venue? 

We are delighted to accommodate gatherings of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations. While our hosted events typically range between 25 to 500 guests, we are more than happy to accommodate larger or smaller groups as needed. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every event receives the personalized attention and care it deserves, regardless of the number of guests.

Do you offer accommodations for out-of-town guests?

At Glenward Gates, we understand that our guests may require accommodations during their event. While we do not offer on-site accommodations, we are pleased to inform you that there are numerous hotel options available within a 15-mile radius of our location. For your convenience, we would be happy to provide recommendations and information on transportation options to facilitate your stay. Our goal is to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable, and we are committed to supporting you in any way we can.

What is the pricing for an event at your venue? 

Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate a range of event sizes and styles. For intimate gatherings, our starting price for a wedding ceremony with fewer than 50 attendees is $1,700. What is required for a deposit when booking an event with Glenward Gates?

In order to confirm your event date, we kindly request a deposit of 1/3 the total cost of your event package. This deposit is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee that ensures your booking with us. Please note that this amount is due upon signing of our event contract.

The remaining balance can be paid at your convenience, but please ensure that the total payment is made 30 days prior to the event date. This allows us sufficient time to plan and prepare for your special day.

Are tents, tables, and chairs included in the event packages?

At Glenward Gates, we are dedicated to providing our guests with unparalleled flexibility and customization options to ensure their events exceed their expectations. To achieve this, we do not provide standard furnishings. Instead, we empower our guests to craft their unique event experience by selecting from a wide range of beautiful and functional fixtures. We have established relationships with a network of reputable vendors who specialize in providing exquisite furniture and decor options. Our team is happy to recommend these trusted partners to help you find the perfect fit for your event.

Can we choose our own caterer, photographer, musicians, etc. or does Glenward Gates require that we use in-house vendors?

As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we have no restrictions on your selection of outside vendors. This means you have the freedom to choose the vendors that best fit your vision and style. If you would like, we can also assist you in coordinating your preferred vendors to ensure a seamless experience. Our team is dedicated to making your wedding planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
